1Parties

These terms are between you and tezfin LLC, Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan. By opening an account in the tezfin app you accept them.

If you do not agree with the terms, do not use the app. An account already opened can be deleted; the procedure is described on a separate page.

2What the service does

tezfin is a personal finance tracking and financial-passport app. It:

tracks your income, expenses, recurring payments and goals;
computes a financial-passport score on the 300–850 scale from your entries, your questionnaire answers and — if you gave consent and uploaded a summary — credit-bureau data;
shows offers from microfinance organisations and forwards your application when you send one;
with your consent, shows a shared budget to family members.

tezfin does not issue loans, does not take deposits and is not a lender. The lending decision is made by the microfinance organisation under its own rules; the tezfin score does not replace that decision and guarantees nothing. "Baraka Town" is a game inside the tezfin app — not a separate app and not a financial product.

3Account and access

An account is opened against your email address or phone number and confirmed with a one-time code. While using it you undertake to:

give truthful information, including your date of birth; an account can be opened only from the age of 18;
keep your password and confirmation codes secret and not hand account access to anyone else;
not open an account in someone else’s name or impersonate anyone.

What you enter yourself — ledger entries, questionnaire answers, loan details — we take as given and do not verify against documents.

4Consents

Some capabilities are switched on by separate consents: credit history, sharing the score with partners, cross-border anonymised analytics, marketing and notifications, shared household budgeting. None of them is on beforehand.

Any of them can be withdrawn in the app. Consent to personal-data processing is mandatory: the account does not work without it and it cannot be withdrawn on its own — you can delete the account. What exactly is collected is set out in the privacy policy.

5What you must not do

While using tezfin you must not:

try to reach other people’s data or work around access restrictions;
poll the service automatically, create excessive load or circumvent rate limits;
put other people’s personal data or unlawful content into free-text fields — notes, names, comments;
use the service for anything prohibited by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

6Availability and liability

We aim for the service to run without interruption, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation: planned maintenance, failures at telecom providers and force majeure are possible.

The service is provided "as is". The score, hints and analytics are informational and are not financial, tax or legal advice.

7Rights in the app

The app, the site, their design, texts and program code belong to tezfin LLC. You are granted the right to use the app personally; copying, modifying, reverse-engineering and distributing it are not allowed. The information you enter remains yours.

8Termination

You end the relationship at any moment by deleting the account in the app. Once the deletion is confirmed, sign-in becomes impossible immediately, on every device.

We may restrict or close access if the account is used in breach of these terms or of the law. What is retained by law is retained in that case too — 5 years.

9Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

We try to settle disputes in correspondence. Failing that, a dispute is heard by the court at the seat of tezfin LLC, in the manner established by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

10Changes to these terms

A new revision is published on this same page, with the revision date at the top. By continuing to use the app after publication you accept the new revision.

Personal-data requests, questions about these documents and account-deletion requests are handled by tezfin LLC at compliance@tezfin.uz. Include the email address or phone number the account was opened with — otherwise we cannot identify you.
